providers. Not for you? Simply cancel within 30 days with no obligation.

What does my Telehealth Urgent Care plan include?

You get $0-copay access to doctors and counselors by phone or video for everyday and urgent care needs like allergies, colds, rashes, and more. You also get mental health support for stress, grief, or anxiety, plus digital tools like Ask-the-Doctor messaging, caregiver access, and consultation history.

Can my family use my Telehealth Urgent Care benefits too?

Yes. Your Telehealth plan covers you plus up to 7 dependents, even if they don’t live with you. That means adult children, college students, and other loved ones can use the same great benefits anywhere in the U.S.

What if I decide Telehealth Urgent Care isn’t right for me?

No problem. You can cancel any time during your 30-day review period and owe nothing. After that, you can still cancel your membership at any time by calling the Member Services number included in your kit.

How do I pay?
